I am committed to the work of dismantling power differentials that have minoritized and marginalized many in our communities. Beyond acknowledging our differences, this is about building coalitions and solidarity across communities.

As a LGBTQ+ Alderperson, I understand the importance of examining historical constructs and systems that have led to disproportionate outcomes and the oppression of others.

I am committed to listening to my constituents because I believe that everyone belongs at the table and their voices need to be heard.
