AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR ALL

Ithaca is a city with a high cost of living. There are many residents in our community that struggle to find and keep affordable housing. I am committed to advocating for:

• Increasing availability of affordable housing options
• Expanding affordable housing units
• Exploring inclusionary zoning
• Seeking solutions for the unhoused
• Supporting program pathways to first time homeownership

I am currently the City of Ithaca Common Council liaison to the Community Housing Development Fund and sit on the Program Oversight Committee. The goal of the CHDF is to increase affordable housing options in Ithaca.
